MSG consultant donates generators to Ukraine

MSG pain and anaesthetic consultant Dr Yaroslav Stefak has donated three generators to Ukraine to provide much needed electricity as the country moves further into winter.

Following Russia’s latest attack on Ukraine’s critical civilian infrastructure, more than ten million Ukrainians have been left without electricity. With temperatures potentially dropping to as low as -20 degrees, help is needed desperately to keep essential services running and provide Ukrainians with regular heat, water and electricity.

Dr Stefak, who was born and raised in Ukraine, says, ‘I and so many others have purchased generators to help provide power to Ukrainian homes. I recently procured some high-quality invertor generators and a power bank which will help to supply electricity to three homes with enough power to heat food, power fridges and boilers as well as to provide light.

‘Russia has misinterpreted the determination of Ukrainians and their unity, as well as worldwide support for the people of Ukraine.’
